Auction Booking Protocol
To secure your auction slot, please contact Ben with the specific date, time, and venue for your real estate auction. A confirmation of service and invoice will be dispatched within 24 hours. Upon issuance, the allocated time slot is a binding commitment; consequently, fees are non-rescindable and remain payable in full, including instances where the property is sold prior to the auction event.
Settlement & Agreement
All fees must be settled within 7 days of the booking date, with payment instructions provided in your confirmation documentation. Please download the complete Auction Agreement below to review the professional guidelines and terms followed by both parties.
